What are the delivery options?

  • A virtual week to week experience led by Max El-Hag and his TTT coaches delivered as a course. Content will be dripped week to week. 

What level of coaching experience is needed?

  • This mentorship is available to coaches of all levels, though a baseline understanding of general strength and conditioning prescriptions and coaching experience is highly recommended.

What if I cannot attend every session?

  • We will be hosting four group calls throughout the six months. We will do our best to accommodate schedules based on time zones. If you cannot attend a call they will be recorded and linked for you to be able to view in the future. 

 Is this mentorship for coaches of all sports?

  • Primarily, this mentorship is for coaches within the sport and/or training of CrossFit. Many principles discussed within the course will be applicable for coaches outside of it but the information will be directed towards the sport of fitness.

My schedule is busy, how much time does it require of me?

  • There will be weekly homework assignments in addition to watching videos. We recommend budgeting about 5-10 hours/week

What do I get if I complete the mentorship?

  • One 30 minute exit call with Max to discuss next steps. 

    Note: This is only offered to those who complete their portfolio of work.  

  •  Full portfolio review with TTT coaches, and previous mentees, Kyle Habdo/Perrin Behr
  • An opportunity to submit an application to Training Think Tank for employment or a one-on-one in person immersion mentorship program with Max.
